House rules

Dear guests, you have chosen to choose our resort for your vacation, we want you to feel comfortable in our aparthotel, we would like to introduce you to our home in order to make your stay in our resort a pleasant one.

- Accommodation is available from 14.00 on day of arrival until 10.00 am on day of departure
- Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings left in the apartments / rooms, the owner does not respond to the eventual disappearance.
- The door to the apartment / rooms must be locked when you are inside, when you exit outside the door lock, close the curtains, turn off the lights and all electrical appliances (Climate, TV, cooker) close the water.
- The owner of the facility has the right to enter the apartment in the absence of a guest if he or she finds that he or she is operating an air conditioner or a variety of appliances and does not reside in the apartment, cancel hospitality or charge any inconvenience due to negligent behavior.
- Apartments / Rooms can be used by persons who have been duly registered in the apartment, and the host on guest search can approve any visits at a certain time.
- The introduction of animals is allowed only with the consent of the host.
- If the apartment equipment is missing or damaged, the guest is obliged to inform the host if the guest is obliged to compensate for the equivalent value if the loss or damage occurred.
- Appliances and equipment (towels, blankets and other items) are strictly forbidden from the apartment.
- your documents (passport, identity card) are delivered at the reception desk upon arrival at the tourist office.
- any comments and complaints, wishes and prayers can be communicated to the host available from 0 to 24 hours
